Who we are
TAG Construction Limited is the data controller. We are responsible for collecting, storing, and protecting your personal information in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
We collect:
- your name, email address, contact number, date of birth, address, and National Insurance number
- photos of identity documents (passport, driving licence)
- qualification cards (CSCS, CPCS, NPORS)
- work history and site diary entries
- emergency contact details
We only collect what we need.
Why we collect it
Your data is used to manage your employment or deployment, verify your qualifications and right to work, track your site attendance, ensure health and safety compliance, and process your pay.
We do not sell your data. Ever.
How it's protected
Your data is stored on encrypted, UK-based servers. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We use industry-standard security and conduct regular data protection audits. Your documents are stored securely and never emailed in plain text.
Who we share with
We may share relevant data with:
- client sites you are deployed to (e.g. name, qualifications, right-to-work status)
- regulatory bodies where legally required (e.g. HMRC, Health and Safety Executive)
- payroll providers to process your pay
We never share more than necessary.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you have an active account, plus 6 years after your last engagement (in line with UK employment law). Financial records are kept for 7 years (HMRC requirement). After this, your data is securely deleted. You can request deletion at any time — see Your rights below.

- Withdraw consent
- Object to use
Withdrawing consent will not affect anything we processed before you withdrew it. You can withdraw at any time in Settings → Privacy.
